Gary Thomson

Gary Thomson is an experienced software developer with a strong background in cross-platform C++ development for runtime products at ESRI (UK) since November 2007. Prior to this role, Gary served as a GIS Consultant and Tech Lead in the UK Products Group at Tadpole Technology Plc from October 1999 to November 2007. Gary's career in software engineering began at Conic Systems Ltd, where a position as Senior Software Engineer was held from September 1992 to October 1999. Gary holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with first-class honors in Information Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 1987 and 1991.
