Jack Hardy has over 19 years of experience in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) sector, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at Esri UK since August 2007. During this tenure, Jack has also held roles such as Partners Presales Industry Lead and Technical Pre Sales Consultant, including a ten-month secondment specializing in the Utilities sector. Prior to Esri UK, Jack worked at Wycombe District Council as a Spatial Information Officer, where responsibilities included managing Bucks Maps and maintaining GIS datasets, as well as training staff in the GIS system. Jack's earlier experience includes positions as a GIS Technician at Waverley Borough Council and GIS Coordinator at Purbeck District Council. Jack holds a BSc (Hons) in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems from Bath Spa University.
