Kevin Down

Kevin Down has over three decades of experience in software development and GIS consultancy. Currently serving as a TSA Analyst at Esri UK since December 1997, Kevin specializes in addressing non-standard application issues, utilizing extensive experience in software development and customer interactions, often at client locations. Previously, Kevin worked as a GIS Consultant in Esri UK's Professional Service Department, providing a variety of GIS solutions utilizing the Esri ArcGIS technology platform. Prior experience includes a role as HSO in Software Development at the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, where responsibilities included developing GUIs for hydrological software and delivering training internationally, as well as a research assistant position at the University College of North Wales focusing on marine data and predictive models. Kevin holds an MSc in Marine Photo Physiology from the University of Dundee and a BSc (Hons) in Marine and Freshwater Botany from the University College of North Wales.
