Lai-Sun Pang

Lai-Sun Pang is a dedicated Technical Support Analyst at Esri UK since October 2017, focused on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction as well as case closures. In addition to this role, Lai-Sun serves as the My Esri Subject Matter Expert. Previously, Lai-Sun worked as a Technical Support Dispatcher at Esri UK, logging support calls and effectively communicating with clients. Prior experience includes serving as a GIS Technician at Cyient, contributing to a national mapping program, and completing military training as an Officer Cadet in the British Army. Lai-Sun also has experience in customer service roles as a Barman at Frankie and Benny's and as a Retail Sales Assistant at Picsolve International Ltd and Hallmark Cards. Lai-Sun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Queen Mary University of London.
