Marie Sabatino currently serves as the Director of Quality Operations at Essen Health Care since December 2023. With an extensive background in social work and healthcare management, Marie has held various positions, including Adjunct Faculty at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College since 2012, Training Manager at Witt O'Brien's from 2022 to 2023, and Director of Strategy at The Fedcap Group from 2018 to 2022. Additional roles include Assistant Director at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in 2017-2018, Director of Quality Assurance at The Fedcap Group between 2015 and 2017, and Lead Consultant & Trainer at Columbia University's Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute from 2013 to 2015. Prior experience encompasses positions as Director of Community Support Programs at Services for the UnderServed, Training Specialist at The Coalition for Behavioral Health, and Program Manager at Educational Alliance. Marie holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Rutgers University - Newark.
