Jacob Gabay

Jacob Gabay is currently the HW R&D Director at Essence Group, where Jacob is responsible for the development of home security and care products, focusing on Electrical, Mechanical, RF, Antennas, and Certification R&D. Prior to this role, Jacob held positions at Zebra Technologies and Motorola Solutions, where Jacob managed multidisciplinary teams to resolve customer reported issues and add new features to products. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, including experience in project management and communication system development in the Israeli army, Jacob brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their current role.
