Jay Kim is an experienced media and digital marketing professional with a robust background in programmatic advertising and media activation. Currently serving as Associate Director of Media Activation at EssenceMediacom, Jay has also held the position of Media Activation Supervisor. Prior experience includes founding and leading the Experiential Design Group as CEO, serving as Senior Manager of Programmatic at dentsu, and holding roles such as Digital Director and Account Supervisor at TEN Advertising. Jay's career began with a focus on account management at ES Advertising, Inc. Educational credentials include studies at UC San Diego from 2001 to 2002 and a degree from California Baptist University from 2003 to 2006.
