Melissa Stoerkel has a strong background in customer service management, with extensive experience in various roles. Melissa started their career in 2005 at OfficeMax as a Customer Service Associate and later worked as a Supervisor in Customer Relations. In 2010, they became a Manager in Sales and Service Process at OfficeMax, where they held two different positions before joining Office Depot as a Service and Process Core Consultant in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Essendant and held roles such as Manager of Sales and Service Process and Workforce Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Care Operations at Essendant, a position they have held since May 2022.
Melissa Stoerkel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State University. Melissa also has an Associate's Degree in Associate of Arts from Lakeland Community College.
