Raechal Schneider

Raechal Schneider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care at Essendant since June 2005. Over the years, Raechal has held various positions including Supervisor of Quality and Training, Trainer, Customer Care Supervisor, and Training Lead, contributing to the establishment and maintenance of quality metrics, performance gap identification, and the creation of training materials. Prior to joining Essendant, Raechal worked as Customer Care/National Accounts Lead at United Stationers, where responsibilities included processing returns and facilitating cross-site training. Raechal holds diplomas in Business from Kaskaskia College and Central Community High School.
