Steven Schwabe

Steven Schwabe has over 35 years of work experience. Steven started their career at W.W. Grainger in 1986, where they held various roles including Branch Manager and Sr Manager of Product Lifecycle Management. At Grainger, they were responsible for developing and implementing product strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales growth and operational excellence of their teams.

From 2001 to 2011, Schwabe worked at Grainger and served as a Field Sales Manager, managing a team of sales support reps, and as a Product Manager for Global Sourcing, where they focused on portfolio management, customer relationships, and project launch.

In 2017, they joined Modine Manufacturing Company as a Global Purchasing Commodity Manager, where they developed and executed commodity strategies, managed suppliers, and improved cost savings projects.

In 2018, Schwabe joined Snap-on Tools as a Product Manager, responsible for sales planning, marketing program implementation, and product line management.

Currently, they hold the position of Sr Director Merchandising at Essendant, where they lead teams in developing marketing strategies, managing portfolios, and ensuring the achievement of sales growth and profit improvement goals.

Steven Schwabe obtained their BA in Professional Studies from Roosevelt University, where they were enrolled from 1991 to 2008.
