Terri Bartling-Mayes

Terri Bartling-Mayes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Terri began their career at Curtis & Assoc., Inc as a Regional Manager and Consultant from 1992 to 1999. Terri then joined OfficeMax, taking on various roles including Vice President of Contact Center and Sales Support, Vice President of Technology and Managed Print Sales and Services, and Vice President of Talent, Leadership, and Organizational Development. From 2015 to 2016, Terri served as the President of the Central Region for the National Diversity Council. Terri also worked at Patina Solutions/now Korn Ferry as the National Practice Director for The Mentor Bank and as an Executive Advisor. In 2014, Terri founded their own company, Mayes Bridging Strategies, where they served as President and Founder until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at Essendant, where they are also the Sales Operations Director for Vertical Markets.

Terri Bartling-Mayes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice at the University of Wyoming from 1987 to 1991. Terri also obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Assistant from Casper College from 1987 to 1989. In 2010, they attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business for a course in Integral Leadership. In 2015, they received certification as a Certified Diversity Professional from the National Diversity Council and also obtained the Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in 2014. Terri is currently pursuing a Leadership Specialization Registration from Xcellero Leadership, Inc.
