Gideon Hoogerwerf

Gideon Hoogerwerf is an experienced service designer with a background in customer experience and various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Essent since April 2018, Gideon has previously held the position of Service Designer at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a junior Customer Experience Consultant at Altuïtion from April 2017 to September 2017 and an allround temporary employee at StuD Studentenuitzendbureau Delft B.V. from January 2013 to February 2017, where responsibilities varied from marketing and communication to facilities support. Earlier roles include working as a greenhouse employee at Phalaenova B.V. and an allround employee at supermarket 't Pleintje. Gideon holds a Master of Science in Strategic Product Design and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design, both from Delft University of Technology.
