Henriette Setz

Henriette Setz has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Henriette'smost recent position is Director of Operations at Essent, where they are responsible for the service provided to customers. Prior to their current role, they served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Vitens, the largest drinking water company in the Netherlands. Henriette also has experience as the Director of Customer and Operations at Menzis, where they oversaw the service delivery to millions of customers and healthcare providers. Before that, they held various positions at KPN, SNT Nederland B.V., and Postkantoren BV. Henriette's expertise lies in operations, customer service, and account management.
