Monique Bos

Monique Bos is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in strategic and tactical HR management. Currently serving as the Manager of the HR Business Partner Team at Essent since January 2016, Monique oversees HR operations for new business areas and support units. Previous roles at Essent include HR Business Partner and HR Consultant, focusing on various HR projects. Prior to joining Essent, Monique held positions at Vanderlande and The HEINEKEN Company, where responsibilities included HR policy development and implementation of strategic workforce planning. Monique's career began at GE, where significant contributions were made as Country HR Manager and HR Specialist. Monique holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, graduating cum laude, and a Master's degree in Business Economics from Maastricht University.
