Alex Teague

Alex Teague is an Associate at Essenta Partners. Prior to that, they worked as a Summer Intern at Dunnhumby from June 2019 to August 2019, where they worked alongside Talent Acquisition in small and large teams to propose and create an optimum Graduate and Intern onboarding and induction process (from offer to first 2 weeks) on Enboarder (a new visual automation software). Alex also systematically researched and networked with HR teams outside of Dunnhumby to provide recommendations on how the company should rebrand its website.

From April 2018 to April 2019, Alex worked as an Operations Assistant at Ardingly Projects Limited. In this role, they worked with fast-paced teams in HR Operations and held individual meetings with all HR department leaders to review, simplify and curate global HR policies. Alex also supported the creation of a central knowledge hub for employees, used excel to organise and manage the company’s HR policy content and support it’s migration onto a new software ServiceNow platform.

Alex Teague has a Bachelor's degree in Geography with Honours from the University of Birmingham. Alex also has a GCSE - A Level in (Geography, Politics, Theirtory) from Ardingly College. Alex is certified from Udemy in Ultimate Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Access.
