Claire Holland

Claire Holland, MHA, currently serves as an Administrative Fellow at Essentia Health since July 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Population Health Resident at Allina Health from June 2022 to May 2023 and as a Graduate Assistant/Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health from August 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included research assistance and teaching for MHA Program courses. Additional experience includes a Student Consultant position at Mayo Clinic Health System in early 2022, a Healthcare Finance Intern role at Family HealthCare, a Centralized Staffing and Scheduling Intern position at Sanford Health, and a Service Associate role at Alerus. Claire Holland earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Healthcare Financial Management and Healthcare Leadership from Concordia College.
