Raniyah Copeland

Raniyah Copeland is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in advancing social justice and equity. As the Founder of Equity & Impact Solutions since June 2021, Raniyah leads initiatives that equip organizations with critical tools to prioritize health, gender, and racial equity. Concurrently, Raniyah serves as a Board Member for Essential Access Health and a Member of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA), contributing to the development of effective HIV treatment and prevention strategies. Previously, Raniyah held the role of President and CEO at the Black AIDS Institute, where impactful organizational restructuring and financial growth were achieved. A background in crisis management and reproductive health underpins Raniyah's commitment to improving health outcomes. Raniyah holds a Master of Public Health in Urban Public Health from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
