Katrina Gavin-Smith

Katrina Gavin-Smith is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Change Specialist at Essential Energy since June 2022, Katrina also acts as the Director of Created Experiences Pty Ltd, handling change management, stakeholder engagement, and event management. Previous roles include Organisational Readiness Program Lead at The University of Sydney, where strategic change management was provided for a significant operational transformation, and several positions at Westpac, culminating in roles as Head of Change Delivery and Integration and Head of Change Delivery Practice. With prior consulting experience and a strong educational foundation, including an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Katrina has consistently delivered effective change management solutions and stakeholder engagement strategies throughout their career.
