Prior experience includes roles as a Polymer Reaction Operator and Chemical Compounder Operator, along with management positions in quality and production across multiple companies. Michael's educational foundation includes studies in Liberal Arts and Social Science at Vista College and Laney College, complemented by a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
