Clint Demetriou

Clint Demetriou currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Essential Ingredients, Inc., a 100% employee-owned chemical distributor focused on the Beauty and Personal Care markets in North America. With a career spanning over four decades, Clint has held significant leadership roles in human resources, including positions at Booster Enterprises as President and Founder, and previously as Chief People Officer at Booster Enterprises and Graphic Packaging International, LLC. Other notable roles include Director of Charitable Giving and Investing at Perimeter Church, Senior Director of Human Resources at Georgia Institute of Technology, and Executive Director of Human Resources for AT&T and its affiliated companies. Clint’s educational background includes a BSIM degree from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and completion of an Executive Development Program in Strategic Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
