Adam Motenko

Adam Motenko, MBA, serves as the Lead Facilitator and Solution Designer at Collective Next, LLC since 2022 and is the Founder and CEO of Coalescent Leadership, a firm specializing in leadership development, conflict management consulting, coaching, and training since 2018. Adam has been a consultant with Essential Partners since 2015, contributing to training facilitators in dialogue on race and religious bias, and holds various leadership roles, including Board Secretary and Chair of the Nominating Committee. In addition, Adam is a Leadership Council Member at Convergence Center for Policy Resolution and has previously served as a Board Member for Mediators Beyond Borders International. Academic qualifications include an MBA from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, advanced mediation training at Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies from Goucher College.
