Annabelle Guillermo

Annabelle Guillermo has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Annabelle began their career in 2008 as an Investment Banking Intern at Merrill Lynch. In 2009, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in the Pharma, MedTech and Animal Health sectors. In 2012, they joined Torreya Partners as an Analyst, where they worked on the origination and execution of licensing, M&A and royalty financing deals in the Healthcare space. Annabelle was promoted to Vice President in the same year. In 2019, they moved to Results Healthcare as a Director. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Essential Pharma as a Senior Director of Acquisitions and Business Development.

Annabelle Guillermo's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL from 2006 to 2009, A-Levels from Bellerbys College from 2004 to 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Major in Communications Technology Management from Ateneo de Manila University from 2002 to 2004.
