Catherine Peck is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting across various sectors. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller at Essential Pharma since September 2025, Catherine previously held roles at Cochlear, where titles included Senior Manager Financial Reporting & Accounting EMEA and Regional Accounting Manager. Prior experience includes positions at F5 Networks as Financial Accounting Manager and EMEA Financial Accountant, as well as a tenure at ADP as Senior Finance Analyst and Financial Accountant. Catherine started the professional journey at Menzies LLP as Audit Senior. Catherine holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with Music from the University of Southampton.
