Nicole Powell

Nicole Powell is the Vice President, works closely with the Essential Screens team to streamline processes and ensure quality data in the screening procedures. She works with staff development and training in growing the team of screening professionals. She is also responsible for developing methods to effectively market and promote the services Essential Screens offers. Nicole enjoys sharing the importance of running quality background screens with potential clients.

Nicole has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and works with consulting and as a practicing physical therapist.
