Michaela Bekavac

Michaela Bekavac has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Michaela is currently the Geschäftsführer at MB Consulting UG since March 2019. In addition, they are serving as the Vorstandsvorsitzende at Klassik Konstanz e.V. since March 2021. Prior to these roles, they were the Managing Director Germany at Essentium, Inc. starting from March 2019. Additionally, they have experience in Studien & Laufbahnberatung at FHGR Fachhochschule Graubünden since January 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked in Projektmanagement/Eventmanagement/Vertragsrecht at Kunst & Event and served as the Vorstandsvorsitzende Montessori Konstanz at Montessori Verein Konstanz. Michaela also worked as an HR-Manager at Inno Disc AG and was a Mitglied der GL at Heinrich Spreizer Engineering.

Michaela Bekavac attended the University of Konstanz from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Juristisches Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaft.
