Adem Ates

Adem Ates has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2010 as an F&B Management Trainee at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, they received training and performed duties in various departments. In 2012, they served as a Volunteer Staff for the London Olympics, where they delivered outstanding visitor service. From 2013 to 2017, Adem worked as a Human Resources & Admin Executive at Indorama Ventures PCL, responsible for managing the recruitment process. Adem then moved on to becoming a Human Resources Manager at MS Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company, from 2017 to 2021. Following that, they served as the Country Human Resources Manager (Turkey) at vivo, a technology company, and as the Human Resources Manager at MBHA Group, the world's leading leaf spring manufacturer. Currently, Adem holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Essentra Components, a global market leader in components manufacturing.

Adem Ates has a Postgraduate degree in Tourism Management and Planning from Bournemouth University (2011-2012). Adem also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Okan University (2004-2009). Adem Ates completed their schooling at Trakya Koleji from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Workplace Coaching from Adler Central Europe (2021) and Food Protection Manager Certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) in 2010.
