Manish Pancholi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, and accounting. Currently serving as the FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager at Essentra since December 2018, Manish is responsible for producing actuals, budgets, and forecasts, along with presenting management decks for leadership teams. Prior roles include Finance Manager at Progress Rail, where responsibilities included cash flow forecasting and managing statutory audit deliverables; Head of Finance at Croner; and Finance Manager at Delphi, overseeing all financial operations. Manish has also held positions at RS Components, Caterpillar Logistics Services, Europcar, Blaby District Council, and Acorn Babywear Ltd., contributing to various financial management and reporting functions. Manish holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
