Cristal Howard

Cristal Howard, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Accounting Services & Solutions for the Americas at Ascensia Diabetes Care since April 2016, while also contributing as an Adjunct Faculty member at Essex County College since April 2021. Prior to these roles, Cristal worked as a Consultant at RGP from October 2014 to April 2016 and held various managerial and project management positions at Prudential Financial from 1997 to 2013, focusing on financial analysis and reporting across multiple business sectors. Cristal's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants from July 2011 to June 2014, where strategic partnerships and professional development programming were prioritized. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark.
