Gavin Jones

Gavin Jones is the current CEO at Essex County Council. Gavin has extensive experience in the public sector, having served as Chief Executive at Swindon Borough Council from 2006 to 2015, and Vice President of Customer Services & Marketing at SITA from 2001 to 2003. Gavin also has experience in the private sector, having served as Director of Business Development at Spring IT Training from 2000 to 2002, and at Galileo International from 1994 to 2001.

Gavin Jones studied IT at the University of the West of England and Malmesbury.
