Victoria Rutterford

Victoria Rutterford is an experienced professional in facilities management and strategic property leadership, currently serving as the Strategic Property Lead at Essex County Fire and Rescue Service since November 2024. Previously, Victoria held various roles at EMCOR UK from July 2017 to November 2024, including Contract Manager and Senior Facilities Manager. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Facilities Manager at ISS Facility Services UK and Account Manager at COFELY UK - GDF SUEZ GROUP, overseeing client teams and building management across multiple London boroughs.
