Eileen Rivera

Eileen Rivera has extensive experience in social work and youth services, having served as a Court Expediter for the Essex County Youth Services Commission from January 2007 to March 2022. Previously, Eileen worked at the Essex County Juvenile Detention Center for over 26 years, holding positions as Social Work Supervisor and Social Worker. Eileen's background in writing includes roles as Editor and Staff Writer for Being Latino Online Magazine from 2010 to March 2016. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Rutgers University - Newark, completed between 1976 and 1981. Currently, Eileen is retired and has been since February 2022.
