Chad Drake

Chad Drake, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Quality at Essex Furukawa Magnet Wire, a role held since October 2020 following the company's joint venture with Furukawa Electric. Prior to this position, Chad held the Director of Quality title at Superior Essex from May 2014 to October 2020, also within a joint venture context. Chad's experience includes leadership roles such as North American Manager of Customer Care and Test Lab at ABC Industries and Director of Manufacturing, as well as Plant Manager at Mossberg Industries, contributing extensive knowledge in quality management and operational excellence. Chad earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business (2008-2010) and a degree from Concordia University of Fort Wayne (2002-2005).
