Kenji Shibata

Kenji Shibata is an experienced quality management professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Essex Furukawa Magnet Wire since August 2022, Kenji has previously held key positions at Aisin U.S.A. Mfg., Inc. as Quality Group Leader and Quality Unit Manager from July 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Kenji was a New Model Project Leader at AUSTIN TRI-HAWK AUTOMOTIVE, INC. from June 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing the project lifecycle for new model launches. Kenji also served as Quality Manager at Capco-LLC from January 2013 to June 2016.
