Anubhav Ranjan started their career at Mu Sigma Inc. in 2008, working as a Business Analyst before being promoted to Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they gained experience in data analysis and business strategy.
In 2011, Anubhav joined Essex Lake Group as an Associate, where they contributed to projects related to risk management and data quality management for a large retail bank in the US. Anubhav was later promoted to the role of Senior Associate and then Associate Engagement Manager.
In 2014, Anubhav moved on to become an Engagement Manager at Essex Lake Group, working with a top 5 US credit card issuer to improve their debt collection performance and develop performance management tools. Anubhav also worked with the largest retail bank in the US, helping them develop a data quality management framework for compliance and risk management.
Anubhav's next role at Essex Lake Group was as a Senior Engagement Manager and General Manager in India, where they led projects for a retail bank's operations department. Anubhav developed a machine learning-powered solution for branch workforce capacity planning, resulting in cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. Anubhav also implemented a hiring strategy for teller attrition management and established a visibility platform for capacity management and employee utilization.
Anubhav's current position at Essex Lake Group is Senior Vice President for Products and Analytics Solutions, as well as General Manager for India. In this role, they have set up and managed a 40+ member team and collaborated with internal advisory teams to develop analytics solutions in various areas such as insurance claims, collections, and regulatory risk. Anubhav has also spearheaded the development of a proprietary B2B full-stack platform focusing on data science, machine learning, and visualization.
Throughout their career, Anubhav has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, strategy development, and project management, making significant contributions to their employers' businesses.
Anubhav Ranjan completed their Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical & Materials Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, between 2004 and 2008.
