Antonina Silkov

Antonina Silkov has a diverse work experience in the field of computational biology and bioinformatics. Antonina currently holds the position of Senior Computational Biologist at Essex Management, LLC, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analyst III at Sema4 from November 2020 to January 2023. From March 2020 to November 2020, Antonina served as a Senior Bioinformatics Research Scientist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Before that, they worked as a Bioinformatics Research Scientist, specialized in Clinical Genomics, at the same institution from June 2017 to March 2020. Antonina also gained experience as a Bioinformatics Analyst at GENEWIZ from June 2016 to June 2017. Their early career includes being an Associate Research Scientist at Columbia University in the City of New York from July 2011 to June 2016.

Antonina Silkov pursued their education in molecular biology at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree.
