Chris Bradford

Chris Bradford has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving at Essex Police since September 2006 in various roles including Volume Crime Improvement, Deputy Head of Learning & Development for Essex & Kent Police, and District Commander for Basildon. Previous positions include T/Operations Superintendent and Force Crime Registrar, demonstrating a strong background in operational leadership and public protection. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Store Manager at WHSmith from October 2002 to September 2006. Chris holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Police Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, completed between 2015 and 2017.
