Crystal Haylock

Crystal Haylock is an experienced talent acquisition specialist and community manager with a diverse background in the real estate and hospitality industries. Currently with Essex Property Trust since September 2014, Crystal has held multiple roles including talent acquisition specialist, community manager, bookkeeper, and assistant community manager. Prior experience includes positions as a front desk associate at Marriott Hotels and a front desk agent at Holiday Inn Express, as well as assistant community manager roles at AMLI Residential and Archstone. Crystal's career began as a leasing specialist with C.L.A.S.S Certified Leasing and Sales Specialists, serving various regions across the United States. Crystal holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Northridge.
