Jane Janus

Jane Janus, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Jane began their career in 1995 as a Human Resources Generalist at Personnel Management Systems, Inc., where they worked until 2001. Jane then joined Watermark Estate Management Services, where they held various roles in human resources. Jane started as a Human Resources Generalist in 2001 and worked their way up to Manager, Sr. Manager, and eventually Director of Human Resources. Jane's expertise lies in HR compensation and benefits, and they have a strong background in managing HR operations.

Jane Janus, SHRM-CP, PHR earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business between 1993 and 1995. Jane also obtained a certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in September 2023.
