Lisa Melendrez

Lisa Melendrez, ARM, CCRM, has over three decades of experience in property management and community relations. Currently serving as Community Relations Manager at Essex Property Trust since December 2009, Lisa previously held the position of Community Manager/Field Facilitator. Prior to this, Lisa was the Director of Community Operations at JPI Companies from March 2004 to October 2008 and worked as a Property Manager at CAPREIT from 1993 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Washington University, obtained between 1984 and 1989, along with a diploma from Lakes High School, completed in 1983.
