Marcina Simons

Marcina Simons currently serves as the Head of Culture & Talent at Essex Property Trust since November 2024. Prior to this role, Marcina was the Head of Talent Management & OD at Auction.com and held the position of Director of Change Management & OD at Qualcomm, where significant contributions included leading HR transformation initiatives and facilitating cultural change. Marcina has also served as a Change & Transformation Council Member at The Conference Board and has extensive experience as an HR Consultant and Executive Coach through SimonSays. Notable achievements at Aon include leading a cross-functional change management team for a global HR operating model and implementing strategies that significantly reduced costs and improved colleague engagement. With a Master's of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Marcina's educational background includes a BA in Communication from Purdue University, alongside studies at Ball State University.
