Rachael Lee has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Program Manager - Ancillary Services at Essex Property Trust since April 2012. Rachael has held various positions within the company, including Senior Community Manager and Community Manager, where significant accomplishments include achieving a 97% occupancy rate and exceeding financial goals at a 300-unit luxury mid-rise property. Previous roles involved managing garden-style communities, leading renovation projects, and driving successful marketing and leasing strategies. Rachael began their career at Pacific Living Properties Inc. as a Leasing Consultant, gaining recognition for achieving 100% occupancy in a student housing community. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from California State University, Chico.
