Established in 1987, ESSEX REALTY MANAGEMENT, INC. is a privately owned real estate management and investment company based in Irvine, with offices throughout California. Essex is an accredited AMO® firm as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and specializes in providing professional real estate services to the local investment community.

We currently manage seventeen (17) million square feet of office, industrial, retail, medical, and commercial associations.  Our seventy (70) real estate professional currently manage assets from our thirteen (13) offices serving the following counties: Orange, Los Angeles, The Inland Empire, San Diego, Ventura, and Sacramento.
