Amber Hutsell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and operations management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Workforce Planning at EssilorLuxottica since April 2023, Amber previously held the position of Workforce Manager at Essilor Instruments USA since May 2018, where focus was on enhancing customer experience. Prior to these roles, Amber worked as a Senior Operations Analyst at Caliber Home Loans and spent over 15 years at JPMorgan Chase as a Business/Scheduling Analyst Sr. Amber holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Tarrant County College, complementing a solid educational foundation from Granbury High School.
