Rachel Nkollo currently serves as the Global Learning & Development Leader at Zenni Optical since May 2022. In addition, Rachel has been a Customer Experience Manager at Essilor since September 2015, where the company is recognized as a leading manufacturer of eyeglass lenses with a strong global presence. Prior to these roles, Rachel held the position of Manager of Operations Quality and Training at Think Finance from June 2010 to 2015 and worked as a Call Center Project Manager and Workforce Manager at Mannatech from January 2004 to January 2009, focusing on project management and staffing levels in customer care operations.
