Rick Gadd

Rick Gadd is the current President of North America at Essilor Group. Rick has held this position since April 2020.

Prior to their current role, Rick was the President of Essilor of America from March 2011 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Essilor Lab Group.

Before joining Essilor, Rick was with Motorola Mobility from April 2003 to February 2011. During their time there, they served as the Vice President and General Manager of Motorola Mobility Inc. In this role, they were responsible for all go-to-market activities for Canada, Sprint, and Sprint Affiliate/Partner accounts.

Rick Gadd completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at York University with a focus in marketing and marketing management. Rick also attended Earl Haig Secondary School.

Their manager is Paul du Saillant, Chairman & CEO. They work with Ernesto Diaz - President, LATAM, Grita Loebsack - Chief Marketing Officer, and Bernhard Nuesser - President, AMERA - Online and Digital.
