Barton McMillin

Barton McMillin, CSP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Environment Health Safety at EssilorLuxottica since April 2025, Barton previously held the position of Vice President - Head of EHS for Ericsson, where a cultural transformation in safety was a key focus. Notable roles include North America Leader for EHS at Amazon, Owner of PreSafe Consulting, and Vice President of Safety & Health at Kaiser Aluminum, where significant reductions in incident rates were achieved. Barton’s career began with The Stanley Works and includes critical EHS management positions at Honeywell and Terex Corporation. Barton holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health & Safety from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
