Christophe Barbe

Christophe Barbe is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering in the Instruments division at EssilorLuxottica since December 2018, Christophe has held multiple roles including Product Design Development Manager for Digital centration and Chief Technology Officer at the IVS subsidiary. Prior to EssilorLuxottica, Christophe was the Directeur Technique at IVS Interactif Visuel Système, and held the position of CTO at BOOKEEN, specializing in digital reading solutions. Additional experience includes roles at Nokia as Software Manager, Webdyn as CTO, and Parrot as Project Manager. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master's degree in Computer Science, and CentraleSupélec, Christophe possesses a strong foundation in advanced systems engineering.
