Giovanni Mangione

Giovanni Mangione is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, compliance, and customer care, currently serving as the Head of Operations, Compliance and Customer Care Education at EssilorLuxottica since November 2021. Giovanni leads the corporate Faculty in developing digital-first education programs focused on eyewear and med-tech product trends. Previously, Giovanni held various roles at Comdata Group from September 2005 to October 2021, including Head of Digital Operational Engineering Services and Operational Excellence Program Manager, where significant improvements in process performance and customer satisfaction were achieved. Giovanni also has a background in web and graphic design, project management, and conflict mediation, complemented by a solid educational foundation from Università degli Studi di Torino and I.T.C.
