Grzegorz Gondek

Grzegorz Gondek is currently the Head of EssilorLuxottica Wholesale Poland and the Baltics, overseeing operations since September 2022. Previously, Gondek served in various leadership roles at Luxottica from June 2011 to September 2022, including Country Manager and Sales Director for Greater Central Europe and the Baltics, managing sales in seven countries. Gondek's extensive experience also includes positions as Key Account Manager at Bausch & Lomb and Müller Polska, and various roles at Philip Morris Polska spanning over a decade, where responsibilities included sales management and team supervision. Gondek holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Krakow University of Economics, earned between 2003 and 2005.
