Jacob Wiklund

Jacob Wiklund is an experienced operations manager currently serving as Operations Manager for the Nordics at EssilorLuxottica since December 2022, having previously held the position of Customer Operations Manager for the North. Prior to this role, Jacob spent over five years at TenderEasy AB, where responsibilities included Team Leader in Customer Success Management and roles in customer success and transport sourcing analysis. Jacob's earlier experience includes a stint as a Logistics Consultant in Supply Chain Management at Sonat AB, beginning as a trainee in logistics management. Jacob began academic pursuits at Chalmers University of Technology, achieving a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Economics from the same institution, complemented by studies at UC San Diego.
